Yoga Instructor
Before transitioning into my current role as a yoga instructor, I was a prenatal/postpartum women’s fitness specialist for 5 years. I bring a unique understanding of the body both as a mother and as a professional. I believe that gradually building a foundation is essential and that we should avoid the idea of “bounce back”. My passion has always been offering support to women that makes them feel empowered in their bodies and supporting the duality of life as we transition into our motherhood journey.
I can’t wait to welcome you to class! ✨

Doctor of Physical Therapy and Founder of Uprise Pelvic Health
I help women find strength and confidence through specialized physical therapy for pelvic health concerns. I aim to make uncomfortable topics approachable, to make life altering symptoms manageable, and to equip you with empowering and essential education. As a Doctor of Physical Therapy for over a decade, I have passionately pursued pelvic health as my specialty to help change the state of women’s healthcare. Pelvic health diagnoses like incontinence, prolapse and painful sex have been normalized for too long. I’m ecstatic when I get to share in my patients’ successes and show them they have the power to heal.
I treat with a variety of modalities including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise prescription, visceral manipulation, and dry needling. I also bring expertise in perinatal care as a Certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist.
💖I’m a mom of two preschoolers, a lover of deep conversations, binge-worthy shows, and of coffee.

Licensed Physical Therapist
With over 20 years of pelvic health experience, I am privileged to work alongside women treating conditions that span pre-childbearing, childbearing, post-childbearing, menopausal and post-menopausal stages of life. The complexity of the human body, the personal and private nature of pelvic health conditions, and the need to look at the person as a whole led me to Uprise Pelvic Health!
I help you gain clarity on the best plan of care, especially when your search on social media and Google leaves you unsure. Caring for YOU is my inspiration to constantly learn more and expand my knowledge base. You matter to me. I am eager to teach you, provide treatment that will help you meet meaningful goals and set you on a path of self-care.
I am a Certified Pregnancy and Post-Partum Corrective Exercise Specialist, and have trained in the McKenzie Institute of Spine Care and the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. I apply conservative approaches of physical therapy including manual therapy, exercise prescription and most importantly, education.
I’m a mom of three and an Iowa native, but I’ve lived in Sioux Falls for 27 years. Long walks with my Golden Retriever are my favorite! 🐾🦮

Pelvic Health Physical Therapist
Hi, I’m Gina! I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy with over 15 years of clinical experience, including the last 4 years dedicated to pelvic health. I’m passionate about helping women feel strong, supported, and empowered through every stage of life.
My approach to care is hands-on and personalized. I combine manual therapy, targeted exercise, and patient education to help you reach your goals and feel more confident in your body. I’m also certified in Dry Needling, which I integrate into treatment plans as part of a holistic, evidence-based approach to pelvic floor dysfunction, pain, and muscle imbalances.
Most importantly, I want you to feel heard, understood, and cared for every step of the way. Pelvic health can be a deeply personal and sometimes sensitive journey, and I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you can speak openly and feel truly listened to.
When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll find me spending time with my husband, our two daughters, and our dog. I love cooking, hiking, and learning about holistic health and wellness.
